All sales are final. If you receive your jewelry and you are not satisfied for any reason, you can exchange unworn jewelry within 30 days of purchase.

I lost one of my earrings - can I buy just one earrings?
Yes, for half the price of the original pair.
Can I make the chain longer on a necklace?
Yes, a fee will be charged for each additional inch.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Many of Twig Designs are made with natural components and therefore are delicate. To remove tarnish and create shine use a soft jewelry polishing cloth and store pieces in an anti-tarnish bag. Avoid water and handle all your fine jewelry with care.
