Shipping
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. Please note certain pieces may require additional lead time.
Sales Tax
A 10.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders placed in Illinois.
Can I track my package?
You will receive an email when your package is shipped with your tracking information.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, by appointment. Please email k.twigdesigns@gmail.com to set up an appointment.
Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. If you receive your jewelry and you are not satisfied for any reason, you can exchange unworn jewelry within 30 days of purchase.
Repairs
Repairs are available for a fee, based on individual request. Please email k.twigdesigns@gmail.com for further information.
What is Pilver?
Pilver is the combination of Platinum and Silver. This precious metal provides the quality of Platinum but more of the affordability of Silver.
I lost one of my earrings; can I buy just one earring?
Yes, for half the price of the original pair.
Can I make the chain longer on a necklace?
Yes, a fee will be charged for each additional inch.
Lending
We lend our pieces to stylists/editors/ bloggers, please email k.twigdesigns@gmail.com for details about borrowing.
Payment
Terms are cash or credit card via Pay Pal. Sorry we do not accept checks.
Custom Work
Custom Work is available upon request and pricing is based on each individual piece. Please see “Custom Work” form to place your order.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Many of “Twig Designs” are made with natural components and therefore are delicate. To remove tarnish and create shine use a soft jewelry polishing cloth and store pieces in an anti- tarnish bag. Avoid water and handle all your fine jewelry with care.
